AHS RenalStat is looking for a Long Term (Travel) Registered Nurse Chronic Dialysis in Chicago, IL. (not Skokie)
Primary Location: #06676, SNF Dialysis at Alden Lakeland-Edens: 820 West Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640
Floating Locations:
#09323, Alden Poplar Creek: 1545 Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 #06664, Bella Terra Lombard: 2100 South Findley Road, Lombard, IL 60148
MILEAGE PAID AT IRS RATE FOR FLOAT
13-week contract.
Clinic Hours: 630am-730pm. Monday-Saturday shifts, 3-4 shifts/week.
Travelers must be able to pick up additional shifts as needed to maintain a guarantee of hours.
No on-call responsibilities.
