About the Opportunity: Are you a passionate nurse leader looking to make a meaningful impact in Central Georgia? We are hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at a skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering exceptional care and building a culture of excellence. As the clinical executive of our facility, you will oversee all nursing operations, drive quality outcomes, and mentor a team of compassionate caregivers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing department, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations. Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care. Recruit, train, and retain top nursing talent. Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement. Serve as a liaison with physicians, families, and regulatory agencies. Oversee infection control, medication management, and care planning.
#156;#133; Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of Georgia. 3-5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, clinical best practices, and survey readiness. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred.
