Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in College Park, Georgia.

Job Description Requirements

Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant

Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points.Guaranteed Hours: No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours.Types of Cases: Start of Care Follow UpsYears of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health ExperienceFirst-timers accepted: (Y/N) No must have recent Home Health experienceWeekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.Certs REQ: CPR BLSIs on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req Varies per job/location please discuss with manager during interview.Territory/County covering: Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic.Mileage reimbursed IRS Standard rate. Traveler is compensated from patient home to patient home
