The position of a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) involves providing mental health services through Headway, which supports therapists by managing insurance, billing, and patient referrals. LMFTs have the flexibility to set their own schedules and conduct therapy sessions either in-person or via telehealth. This role is ideal for licensed professionals looking to grow their private practice while maintaining a work-life balance.

Wage: Between $115-$130 an hour
