We are expanding our Operations team and looking for a strong Operations Delivery Manager who can manage end-to-end service flow, caregiver coordination, and operational excellence.
Job Description β Operations Delivery Manager Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in Operations / Field Coordination / Service Delivery
- 1β2 years experience as a Team Lead / Charge / Assistant Manager / Manager
- Experience from Urban Company, Swiggy, Zomato, or any on-ground operational company is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, matching, customer handling, and escalations
Key Responsibilities Daily Service Operations
- Manage day-to-day service assignments for Babysitters and Caregivers
- Ensure timely matching of caregivers to bookings
- Monitor on-ground operations and track service delivery status
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and replacements smoothly
Caregiver Coordination
- Ensure caregivers reach the customer location on time
- Track arrival, check-in, and service progression
- Manage no-shows, absenteeism, and performance issues
- Conduct regular follow-ups and operational briefings with caregivers
Quality & Escalation Handling
- Monitor service quality for all bookings
- Handle operational escalations and resolve them within defined TAT
- Conduct root-cause analysis for repeated issues
- Work with Customer Service Team for smooth closure of operational cases
Process & SOP Management
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Improve productivity, reduce delays, and increase service consistency
- Maintain documentation of operational flows, exceptions, and resolution paths
Team Leadership & Field Management
- Manage field executives/coordinators (if applicable)
- Train new operations staff on service flow, communication, and processes
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and grooming standards among caregivers
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily/weekly operations dashboards
- Track key metrics:
- Caregiver attendance
- On-time arrival rate
- Booking completion rate
- Escalation volume
- Customer satisfaction trends
- Identify patterns and suggest improvements to leadership
Skills Required
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong people-handling and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage fast-moving on-field operations
- Good understanding of consumer service platforms
- Problem-solving ability, with calm handling of emergencies
- Knowledge of CRM tools, routing apps, and operational dashboards
Additional Requirements
- Well-groomed and professional behavior
- Willingness to work on weekends/rotational shifts (if needed)
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad city routes and service zones
- High ownership and proactive mindset
