• Develop, revise,implement,andcommunicatepolicies,processes,andprocedures,holdingstaff accountable for their respective roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention,andtreatmentoptions.Developandsupportclinicalaffiliationsandrelationships with educational institutions.

Qualifications

• CurrentStatelicenseinPhysicalTherapy,OccupationalTherapy,orSpeech-Language Pathology.
• BLS(CPR)requiredormustbeobtainedwithin30daysofhirewithinthis role.
• BachelorsDegreeorhigherfromanaccreditedtherapy program.
• AdditionaltrainingwithaMaster'sorDoctoratedegreeinprofessionalormanagementareais preferred.
• Minimumoffiveyearsofrehabilitationexperience,includingtwoyearsinamanagementrole,is required.
