Job Description — Customer Service Executive Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Consumer Support
  
  
• Experience in high-volume customer handling, WhatsApp support, or operations coordination is preferred
  
  
• Candidates with Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, or similar platforms are a plus
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  
  
• Assist customers with booking, service details, caregiver coordination
  
  
• Provide clear and polite communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  
  
• Manage customer concerns, complaints, and escalate issues when needed
  
  
• Coordinate with caregivers and operations teams for smooth service delivery
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow daily processes
  
  
• Give timely updates to customers on booking status, caregiver arrival, and service flow
  
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast and helpful support
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  
  
• Confident, polite, and professional speaking style
  
  
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication, CRM tools, or ticketing software
  
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Well-behaved, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
  
  
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if needed)
