Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 5/27/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2265.95 - $2482.90
PT needed asap Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.-Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patients well being, and evaluates the patients progressOne (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.-Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.-BLS - American Heart Association.Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
