This Critical Care Float position is $43/hour and you must have at least two (2) years critical care experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

What will you will do in this role:

. Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

. Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

. Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

. 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

. Current BLS required

. Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

. BSN is preferred
