Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Ellenton, Florida.

Physical Therapist - Home Care
- Sarasota area
- Collier county, FL (Naples area)
- Marion/Lake/Sumter counties, FL (Ocala area)
- Primarily in Ocala/The Villages areabrvbar;however must be willing to go to all 3 counties
- 58.5 cents/mile for mileage reimbursement
- PTO - 29.25 days of PTO. Can cash out up to 10days years. Accrued but starts day one. 9 weekly hours every biweekly
- 403b w/ company match
