Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN - Quality Core Measure Sepsis Coordinatorperforms concurrent review and in-depth analysis of identified patient hard chart as well as Meditech chart for core measure outcomes and/or delinquencies.Organizes and facilitates activities associated with Performance Improvement for the hospitals Stroke programInteracts with members of the Medical Staff, Nursing Department and other hospital department leaders and staff to ensure organization-wide understanding of program requirementsEmploys techniques and tools associated with continuous Performance Improvement to assist teams in achieving goals for improvement.Works extensively with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other hospital staff in achieving support for the practice of evidence-based medicine related to clinical care stroke patients.

What qualifications you will need

• Associate Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
