Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Mandan, North Dakota.

Shift: 12H Nights | Every 3rd weekend | Every other holiday
Guaranteed Hours: 36/wk
Contract: 13 weeks
Unit / Patient Info
- Ratios: 1:32
- Charting System: PCC (PointClickCare)
- Common Dx: All post-acute diagnoses (generalized patient population)
- IV-C for LPNs: Preferred
- Orientation: Completed with GSS staff
Requirements
- Certifications: BLS - Required
- Licensure: Active state LPN license (license to submit = yes)
- Experience: Post-acute/LTC experience strongly preferred
- Education: BSN not required
Notes / Policies
- Local Rule: Within 80 miles or if using GSS housing #134;#146; $8/hr lower rate
- Differentials: No shift diffs at Good Samaritan facilities
- On-call: Not available or billable
- Cancellations: Must give 2 weeks' notice
- Backout Fee: $500 if quitting or backing out within 14 days of start
