LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Job Description Requirements

Permanent Hire
Start Date: 3 weeks from the offer
Must have 6 months experience in the specialty
Must be licensed in IN state
- Every third weekend
Cert Resp Care Practitioner: Range $23.36-$35.04
Reg Resp Care Practitioner: Range $24.72-$37.07
Position may be eligible for $15,000 sign on bonus and relocation up to $5,000
Certification:
- BLS
- Must have ACLS and NRP certifications or obtain within 6 months.
- Must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program.
- Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory - Therapist credential from the NBRC.
- Must have a current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
- Must be able to be on call.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Provides care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes. Provides bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Reviews and maintains respiratory care plans. Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately. Assists as a preceptor for students and new hires.
