We are a South Florida healthcare leader and the healthcare ministry for the Archdiocese of Miami, serving the frail and vulnerable across our diverse communities for close to 40 years.

Four Medical Campuses

We operate four campuses in Broward and Miami-Dade for acute medical rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, palliative care and hospice services. We also offer 5 child care centers, 17 subsidized senior communities, and two cemeteries.
