While our business has local roots and a passion for serving our community through superior patient care as well as charitable initiatives, we also have the educational and clinical resources that are only possible to access through a larger company like Upstream.

Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, LLC are physical therapy clinics specializing in the most evidence-based orthopedics, sports, and manual physical therapy available with a commitment to providing exceptional care and service. We opened our first clinic in 2003 and we now have convenient locations throughout Denver, Colorado.

Our clinics offer highly specialized, hands-on manual physical therapy for the rehabilitation of complex joint, spine, and pelvic dysfunction, sporting injuries, and post-surgical care.
