Rehab America launched in 1998 and today employs 300 colleagues who provide physical, speech, and occupational therapy alongside restorative care for our partners in Tennessee and Alabama. These partners include American Health Communities (AHC) with 29 skilled nursing facilities, and Unity Psychiatric Care with five hospitals.

Our therapists work as a team to understand each patient’s goals and create a plan to restore abilities needed for daily living. This approach ensures patients have access to expert care across every discipline.

Rehab America's therapists work in well-equipped rehabilitation facilities across Tennessee and northern Alabama. We have 16 outpatient centers and offer services in 34 skilled nursing facilities and psychiatric care hospitals.
