We are your community hospital, a vibrant, not for profit, primary care hospital devoted to providing exceptional care. We are located at the top of Fairfield Street in St. Albans, Vermont with satellite offices and provider practices throughout Franklin County. We are pleased to continue to be able to safely offer in-person care for outpatient appointments and elective procedures, while maintaining the convenience of tele-medicine availability.
