About Life Space Communities

Lifespace Communities is a not-for-profit organization that owns and operates 17 continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in seven states, serving more than 5,700 residents and employing nearly 4,200 team members.

Team members at these communities and the home office enjoy the benefit of Living Lifespace, an organization-wide culture training program designed to help develop habits that promote exceptional service. The program offers team members flexible and hands-on training opportunities to help them flourish in their careers with the understanding that happy and fulfilled team members equal happy and fulfilled residents.
