Legacy Health, a local nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary, secondary, and tertiary care services throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro area and the mid-Willamette Valley. Our mission is to support individuals in achieving and maintaining good health, encouraging healthcare professionals to excel, and addressing the small details that aid patient recovery. We also prioritize supporting our staff to meet the needs of those we serve effectively.

Legacy Health is a locally owned nonprofit health system that includes six hospitals, a full-service children's hospital, a 24-hour mental and behavioral health services center, and over 70 primary care, specialty, and urgent care clinics. With a workforce of 14,000 employees and nearly 3,000 healthcare providers, we serve a population of 2.5 million people across both rural and urban areas. Our system is recognized for excellence, boasting the most five-star hospital ratings in the region.
As one of the largest employers in the area, Legacy Health holds a position of trust and responsibility. In 2023, Forbes named us one of the best large employers in America, a testament to the trust placed in us by our community.
