This program exposes one Administrative Fellow to strategic planning initiatives and daily operations in all departments of an urban hospital. Under the direction of the Senior Leadership team at Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC), we are committed to enriching the Fellows' learning experience through departmental rotations and project management. The Fellowship mentors will work with the Fellows to ensure projects are selected with their interest, experience, and organizational needs in mind.
Jersey City Medical Center RWJBarnabas Health is 316-bed Level II Trauma Center located on a 15-acre campus overlooking the New York Harbor and Liberty State Park. The hospital serves as a regional teaching hospital and provides the highest level of care for women and infants, trauma, and cardiac patients.
