Founded in 1999 and led by a team of therapists, we know firsthand what it takes to run a successful rehabilitation program. Based in Tualatin, Oregon, Infinity Rehab has teams in over 200 facilities across 19 states and covers post-acute care in inpatient, outpatient, home health, long-term acute care, assisted living, and independent living settings.
