Our mission is to provide the best clinical care possible in a loving, warm, and respectful environment. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation, long-term care, and complex care in a friendly atmosphere that respects the dignity of each patient. We also strive to create a positive and nurturing environment for our staff with a healthy work-life balance.

We believe excellence is also demonstrated by lifting the spirits and touching the lives of our patients every day. We care about our patient’s well-being both physically and mentally while they are in our care.

At FutureCare, we believe it is our responsibility to make positive contributions to the communities we serve. We’ve been committed to community involvement since the company was founded in the 1980s. FutureCare is also involved with various campaigns, events, fundraisers and local charitable causes. For example, our Sandtown facility has been hosting an annual “Pumpkin Patch” that serves over 2,000 children each year from West Baltimore. This event provides each child with a safe halloween celebration complete with lunch, treat bag, a pumpkin, and a hat and gloves.

Our facilities are involved in canned food drives to stock local food banks, winter coat and hat drives, and have adopted many families and children for the holidays. At FutureCare, we are neighbors caring for neighbors.
