To improve the outcome of healthcare everywhere, by connecting adventurous medical professionals and respected facilities through an attentive and organized staffing process.

The story of our medical staffing network begins in 2012, when founder Thomas Wambui was working with fellow nurses at a respected Maryland healthcare facility. Whenever the nursing team needed more help to care for patients, they would reach out to a medical staffing agency for help meeting the nursing shortage.

On more than one occasion, they received no response, delayed communication, or unqualified nurses sent by the staffing agency.
