LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Triage
Facility: Monadnock Community Hospital
Location: 452 Old Street Road, Peterborough, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5x8 hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide triage and telephone support, spending approximately 80% of time on the phone with patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding medications, medical histories, and diagnoses.
- Deliver nursing care across all age groups, with a strong preference for pediatric experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols.
Requirements:
- Active RN NH license (or compact).
- BLS
- Strong triage/telephone experience
- Pediatric experience
Familiarity with Critical Access Hospital environments preferred
