The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) role offers mental health professionals the opportunity to launch or expand their private practice using Headways resources. Headway provides support with insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing, allowing therapists to focus on patient care while managing their schedules flexibly. Clinicians can conduct sessions remotely or in-person, making mental health services more accessible and affordable for patients.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
