GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon.

Job Description:
Join our clients team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role is a 13 . week contract with the potential for extension, offering 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
. Deliver high . quality nursing care to home health patients
. Conduct start of care visits and manage a caseload using a point system
. Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system
. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
. Active OR RN license
. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
. Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
. Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is strongly preferred
Additional Information:
. Potential for overtime
. RTO accepted
. Scrub color: Any
